Later check outs must be approved by park management the day before departure and fees may apply.
Cabins: Please turn off all lights and aircon in cabins as you depart, close the door and return the key to the office – either at the counter or in the Cow letterbox outside the office.
Ensuite sites: Please turn off al lights, close the door and return the key to the office – either at the counter or in the Cow letterbox outside the office.
Group Bookings can attract discounts of up to 15% and have use of our club function room but conditions do apply.

Once a booking has been commenced, no refunds or credits will be given.
For cancellation of a booking with greater than 14 days notice, monies will be refunded less a $20 booking fee. You may choose to have the monies held in credit toward a future booking, with no fee deducted.
For cancellations within 14 days of arrival, there is no refund.
Date changes can be made, where sufficient notice is given. If it is peak season and less than 14 days notice is provided, you may be charged a $20 admin fee.
While we do our best to honour preferences, specific sites or cabins cannot be guaranteed. Please discuss your needs with one of our staff when you make the booking.

There are a number of communal fire-pits around the caravan park.
In addition you are welcome to bring a brazier or fire-pit to use on your own site, as long as it is raised above the ground.

The outdoor areas of both the accessible cabins offer limited shade; however, there is a nearby grassy space that guests are welcome to utilise. Additionally, our park is pet-friendly, and we are more than willing to assist with pet waste disposal to ensure a pleasant and clean environment.
