Terms & Conditions
- Once a booking has been commenced, no refunds or credits will be given.
- For cancellation of a booking with greater than 14 days notice, monies will be refunded less a $20 booking fee. You may choose to have the monies held in credit toward a future booking, with no fee deducted.
- For cancellations within 14 days of arrival, there is no refund.
- Date changes can be made, where sufficient notice is given. If it is peak season and less than 14 days notice is provided, you may be charged a $20 admin fee.
- Pets are welcome in cabins by arrangement with management – please see here for further information on pets at our park: Pets at our Park
- You enter the park as a Tourist, with no expectation to stay long term, unless written arrangements have been made with Management.
- All fees will be paid on or before arrival.
