Deposits
- All fees to be paid on or before arrival.
- Any discounts will be applied on payment.
Rates & Inclusions
- Rates are based on 2 people per site/cabin.
- Additional people on sites are $10 per person per night.
- Additional people in cabins are $15 per person per night.
- For our Regular and Family Cabins an additional charge of $15 per person per night will be applied when guests decide to use a separate bed, for example, when 2 adults prefer to not share a bed and prefer to use one of the additional beds.
- -This is not applicable for the Twin Deluxe Cabin.
- Linen is provided in all cabins.
- Bunk beds – top bunk is not suitable for children under 12 years of age – as stated in Australian Standards (AS/NZS 4220).
- All deals and discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or promotions.
- All Rates are subject to change.
Booking, Cancellation & Refund
- Your booking is accepted for the number of guests and animals stated on your booking confirmation email. Any additional guests may incur further charges and/or the requirement for additional accommodation/sites.
- For cancellation of a booking greater than 14 days’ notice, monies will be refunded less a $20 booking fee. You many choose to have the monies held in credit toward a future booking, with no fee deducted.
- For cancellations within 14 days of arrival, there is not refund.
- Once a booking has been commenced, no refunds or credits will be given.
- Date changes can be made, where sufficient notice is given. If it is peak season and less than 14 days’ notice is provided, you may be charged a $20 admin fee.
- Please note the Cancellation Policy applies should an event be cancelled for any reason, including bad weather.
- Reception Hours: 9am to 6pm.
- Check-in:
- Check-in time for powered/unpowered sites are 11am.
- Check-in time for cabins is 2pm.
- Late check-ins for cabins can generally be arranged – prior to arrival. Please contact us to discuss. Late check-ins on sites are not encouraged as it disturbs those camping around you.
- Let arrivals are to be arranged during office hours, prior to arrival.
- Check-out
- Check-out time is 10am on the day of departure, this applies for both sites and cabins.
- Later check-out must be approved by park management the day before departure and fees may apply.
- Accommodation is serviced weekly for stays of 7 days or longer.
- Additional services are available at an extra charge.
- We reserve the right to relocate a booking from any site or cabin, without notice.
- Cabin and site requests
- While we do our best to honour preferences, specific sites or cabins cannot be guaranteed. Please discuss your needs with one of our staff when you make the booking.
Visitors
- For the safety and security of our guests, all visitors are required to check-in at the office on their arrival.
- Guests are responsible for the conduct of their visitors and fees are payable for overnight stays or use of facilities (pool/shower) by visitors.
- No visitors allowed after 10pm.
- Visitor parking is available near reception.
Group bookings
Group bookings require a minimum of 10 sites or cabins to receive the 15% discount and complimentary access to the club room.
10PM Quiet Time
- The peaceful enjoyment of our Park and its facilities by all of our guests is important to us.
- Please be considerate of your neighbours by restricting noise to a reasonable level with all noise to cease by 10pm.
Damages or Extra Charges
- You may be charged additional fees should there be losses or damages to Park property, or extra cleaning required if accommodation is left in an unreasonable state.
- Non-smoking policy – all internal areas including accommodation, club room and amenities are non-smoking areas. A $200 cleaning and deodorising charge will apply if this policy is breached.
Lost Property
Non-perishable lost property is held for a maximum of 3 months, after which time the property is disposed of, at the discretion of park management. Guests are responsible for contacting the office regarding items left behind after check-out.
Disclaimer
While we endeavour to keep our website, and associated listings, up to date, there are times when information may not be up to date. Please let us know if you believe there is an error or inaccuracy on one of our listings.
Pet Friendly Accommodation
We are a pet-friendly property and welcome well-behaved fur-friends on our sites and pet-friendly cabins with no additional fees or cleaning charges. A maximum of two pets is allowed on our sites and in cabins unless special arrangements have been made with management in advance. As a pet owner, you accept full liability for any injuries or damages caused by your pet while in our park.
To ensure everyone enjoys their time with us, we ask that pet owners follow these guidelines
- Pets are welcome at the manager’s discretion
- Pets must always be on a lead
- Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
- Please be mindful of other guests and keep pet noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours.
- Pets are not permitted inside shared park facilities, such as the amenities, ensuites, the laundry, the playground, or the pool.
- Pets should not be left unattended in the park unless approved by management.
- If you are staying in a cabin, pets are not allowed on the beds.
Fires in the Park
A communal campfire area has been set up for guest use beside the Club Room. Please keep the fire within the stone enclosure, supervise children and extinguish fire after use. In addition, you are welcome to bring a brazier or fire-pit to use on your own site, as long as it is raised above the ground. Bags of wood and kindling are available for purchase at the office.
Please keep an eye on the blackboard outside the office for any fire ban information.
Drones
Drones are not to be used in the park. Please ask for a copy of our Drone Policy if you require further information.
General
We reserve the right to eject any guest from the Park who is considered by management to be behaving in a socially unacceptable manner, causing damage, disturbing other guests, using unacceptable language, or otherwise breaching Park Rules. No refund will be provided.
